Mr. Sanders has been one of the largest beneficial shareholders, and has held various senior executive and advisory positions with several technology, consumer goods, and biopharmaceutical companies. He has assisted companies by assembling management teams, boards of directors and advisory boards, and formulating business, capital formation, and investor relations strategies for the companies. Mr. Sanders has a background in venture capital, investing, mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance.
