Steve Skolnick, Lowenstein Sandler

Steven Skolnick is a Partner and co-chair of Lowenstein Sandler’s Capital Markets practice group and
is active in the firm’s Corporate Department and Life Sciences group. The core of his practice is representing public companies and investment banks in matters involving capital markets and securities law. Issuers, underwriters and investors alike frequently turn to Steven for representation in advancing their public and private securities offerings. Market speed is critical. Through his experience representing all sides of these transactions, he has the perspective needed to identify and mitigate factors that could unnecessarily extend timelines and adversely impact these deals. Steven has handled all types of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on
public offerings, CMPOs, RDs, PIPEs and convertible equity and debt offerings. His work spans virtually every industry sector, but he has particular depth in life sciences, having earned the trust and respect of investment banks that are leaders in this space. Drawing on deep corporate experience, Steven also advises companies and their boards on SEC compliance and disclosure issues, as well as corporate governance matters.
