Jeff Lloyd, Sitrick and Co. Jeff Lloyd first joined Sitrick And Company in 1991. During his tenure with the firm, he has provided strategic communications counsel on virtually every kind of assignment the firm has undertaken, including corporate repositioning, litigation support, defending against short-sellers, financial restatements, executive resignations, proxy contests, in-and out-of-court restructurings and other types of crisis communications. His ability to dig deeply into the facts, tenacity and skill dealing with Wall Street and the media have resulted in numerous victories for the firm’s clients. He recently completed a seven-year assignment as the Managing Director for the firm’s New York office. Dr. Lloyd also has a broad understanding of the rules and regulations associated with shareholder communications resulting from two brief sabbaticals from Sitrick when he served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing for two mutual fund groups
