Mr. Lebrecht assists clients primarily in the areas of public company disclosure, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions, including private placements, public and private offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission and Blue Sky compliance and reporting requirements, asset and stock purchases, and general corporate practice. He also practices before the SEC and FINRA on matters involving issuers, broker-dealers, and other service professionals, as well as the representation of Boards of Directors of both public and private companies. He has been named one of the Best Lawyers in America each year since 2006, presented at the SEC’s Roundtable on Microcap Securities in 2011, named one of Orange County’s top lawyers, and maintains an active blog on corporate finance issues at www.clydesnow.com/news/blog.
In the past, he served as the Chair of the Securities Section of the Utah State Bar, and as a member of the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California. Mr. Lebrecht is a graduate of the University of San Diego with a Bachelor in Business Administration in 1991, and a J.D. and M.B.A. in 1995. He is a member of the bar in both California and Utah. Prior to joining Clyde Snow, where he has been expanding the public securities transactional practice since the summer of 2013, Brian was President of The Lebrecht Group, APLC for 12 years.
