He practices corporate and securities law with a particular emphasis on representing clients in public and private capital markets transactions such as IPOs, follow-on offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities. His clients include global investment banks, issuers, venture capital and later stage investors and his experience extends to a variety of industries ranging from life sciences, technology and other growth sectors to media and retail/consumer goods.
