The agenda details more than 30 hours of programming over two and a half days, featuring two dozen panels and presentations, with more than 40 expert speakers from every corner of the emerging growth capital market.
“It’s an exciting program that addresses the current issues and new opportunities in emerging growth company finance,” said Brett Goetschius, Expo program director. “The faculty we have assembled for the Expo’s general session panels include some of the most active investors, bankers, legal counsel and advisers in the late stage private and early stage public capital markets. The Growth Capital Expo takes place on April 29 through May 1, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Day One: The State of the Public Equity Private Placement Market
Day One will focus on the institutional capital market for emerging growth finance, with panels devoted to PIPE and non-PIPE structured growth financing; recent SEC proposals and enforcement actions impacting the emerging growth market; and innovations in alternative financing and going-public structures for high-growth companies.

Day Two is devoted entirely to the impacts and opportunities in the JOBS Act that are revolutionizing the market for emerging growth company finance. Not in 30 years has so much financial innovation been unleashed into the markets at once. That innovation will come at a cost to some legacy systems and structures that do not innovate in response.
